SERVICE USAGE
You agree to use AmarBoost's SMM panel services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The services may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating intellectual property rights or the terms of service of social media platforms. You will not upload anything into the AMARBOOST site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
While we strive for continuous availability, AmarBoost does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.
AMARBOOST will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.
We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
AMARBOOST DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders. However, these are estimates. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use AMARBOOST at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or you being banned for late delivery.
Refund Policy
After adding ad fund to Amarboost.com you need to take the service. If you think you will not take the service, you will not be able to get any money back through any payment gateway or method. And cannot take any legal action for refund.You must take the service. If you agree to the terms, add an ad fund. Thank you.
After orders placed in AMARBOOST will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your AMARBOOST account if the order is non-deliverable.
TERMINATION
AmarBoost reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, and intellectual property associated with our SMM panel are owned by Amarboost . You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our explicit written permission.
Governing Law
Use of this website and any dispute arising out of its use are subject to the laws of the Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceedings related to or arising out of these terms and conditions shall be settled in the courts and/or tribunals in the Bangladesh

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
