At AmarBoost, we aim to provide reliable and transparent services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any transaction.

1. No Refund on Deposits

All funds added to your AmarBoost account are non-refundable. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be withdrawn back to your original payment method.

👉 We strongly recommend depositing only the amount you need.

2. Order Refund Policy

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded
• If an order is not deliverable, the amount will be refunded to your AmarBoost account balance

3. Partial Delivery

If an order is partially completed:

• Only the undelivered portion will be refunded to your account balance

4. No Refund for User Errors

We are not responsible for mistakes made by users, including:

• Incorrect or invalid links
• Private accounts
• Wrong service selection

No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. No Refund for “No Refill” Services

For services labeled as No Refill:

• No refill, compensation, or refund will be provided if the service drops after completion

6. Guaranteed Services

For services with a guarantee:

• If any issue occurs within the guarantee period, we will provide support or refill accordingly

⚠️ Note: Guarantee does not mean permanent results. Social media updates may cause natural drops.

7. Chargeback & Disputes

• Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in permanent account suspension
• We reserve the right to take necessary action against fraudulent activities

8. Withdrawal Policy (If Applicable)

• Withdrawals are available via Mobile Banking / MFS only
• A 15% service charge will be deducted
• Processing time: 24–72 hours
• Minimum withdrawal amount may apply

International Users: Withdrawal is not available. Funds must be used for services.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform means you accept the updated policy.

AmarBoost সর্বোচ্চ স্বচ্ছতা বজায় রেখে সার্ভিস প্রদান করে। লেনদেন করার আগে আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতিমালা ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।

১. ডিপোজিট রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়

AmarBoost-এ যোগ করা সকল টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। একবার ডিপোজিট করলে তা মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে ফেরত নেওয়া যাবে না।

👉 তাই প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডিপোজিট করুন।

২. অর্ডার রিফান্ড নীতি

• অর্ডার করার পর তা বাতিল বা রিফান্ড করা যাবে না
• যদি কোনো অর্ডার ডেলিভার করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে সেই টাকা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যালেন্সে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে

৩. আংশিক ডেলিভারি

অর্ডার আংশিক সম্পন্ন হলে:

• যে অংশ ডেলিভার হয়নি, সেই অংশের টাকা ব্যালেন্সে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে

৪. ব্যবহারকারীর ভুলের জন্য রিফান্ড নেই

নিচের ভুলগুলোর জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না:

• ভুল লিংক
• প্রাইভেট অ্যাকাউন্ট
• ভুল সার্ভিস নির্বাচন

৫. No Refill সার্ভিস

“No Refill” সার্ভিসে:

• কোনো ড্রপ হলে রিফিল বা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না

৬. গ্যারান্টিযুক্ত সার্ভিস

গ্যারান্টিযুক্ত সার্ভিসে:

• নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে সমস্যা হলে সাপোর্ট/রিফিল দেওয়া হবে

⚠️ তবে মনে রাখবেন: গ্যারান্টি মানে স্থায়ী ফলাফল নয়। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া আপডেটের কারণে কমে যেতে পারে।

৭. চার্জব্যাক নীতি

• চার্জব্যাক বা ডিসপিউট করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করা হবে
• প্রয়োজনে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে

৮. উত্তোলন নীতি

• শুধুমাত্র Mobile Banking / MFS মাধ্যমে উত্তোলন করা যাবে
• ১৫% চার্জ কাটা হবে
• ২৪–৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রসেস হবে
• ন্যূনতম উত্তোলন প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে

আন্তর্জাতিক ব্যবহারকারী: উত্তোলন সুবিধা নেই, সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

৯. নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই নীতিমালা আপডেট করতে পারি। আপনি সার্ভিস ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে যে আপনি নতুন নীতিমালা মেনে নিয়েছেন।
