8. Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals are available only via Mobile Banking / MFS
- A 15% service charge will be applied
- Minimum withdrawal amount may apply

International Users: Withdrawal is not available. Funds must be used for services only.
9. Refill & Guarantee
- No Refill services are not supported after completion
- Guaranteed services will receive support within the guarantee period

11. Multiple Providers Warning
